The villa offers a layout with two bedrooms on the first floor:

The first bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and a bathroom conveniently situated across the hall. The bathroom includes a vanity with a single sink, a toilet, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a master bedroom with a King-sized bed and an ensuite that comprises a walk-in shower, a toilet, a tub, and a vanity with a double sink. On the second floor, the villa accommodates three additional bedrooms and a bathroom: The third bedroom boasts a Queen-sized bed with an adjacent bathroom that includes a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a vanity with a double sink. The fourth bedroom includes bunk beds with a trundle. The trundle consists of a twin-sized bed, with the lower bunk being a full-sized bed and the upper bunk a twin-sized bed, with a maximum weight capacity of 150lbs for the upper bunk. The fifth bedroom features two twin-sized canopy beds, each with a maximum weight capacity of 225lbs.

Additional Information About Our Villa:

The Kitchen area is nestled between two separate dining spaces, each accommodating 6 people comfortably. It is fully equipped with a variety of tools to meet your meal preparation requirements. The kitchen features essential appliances like a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, a 12-cup coffee maker, and garbage disposal. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious living room with seating for 12 individuals. A 70-inch TV with Roku TV is mounted on the wall for all your streaming needs. For additional entertainment, the garage has been converted to a game room featuring a pool table and foosball table.

To enhance your stay, a welcome kit is provided. This kit includes basic toiletries such as body wash, hand soap, hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper for each bathroom. Additionally, a Welcome kit with kitchen and laundry supplies is included, offering necessities like paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, sponges, coffee, coffee filters, sugar/sugar substitutes, creamer, and tea. Also provided during your stay are towels, hand towels, wash cloths, make-up removal cloths, pool towels, pillows, and bed linens.

There is a small capacity washer and dryer located in the laundry room. Also available for your convenience is an iron with ironing board.

If you don't want to miss any of the Florida sunshine, there is an outdoor gas grill available for all your cooking needs. The grill can also be converted into a griddle, making meal preparation a breeze any time of the day!

One of the most beloved areas in our villa is the outdoor space. It features plenty of seating options for relaxing by the heated pool or gathering around the fire pit. Additionally, curtains can be closed for added privacy. After a day of exploring nearby attractions, the pool is an ideal spot to rejuvenate tired feet and unwind in a peaceful setting.
